Training Workshops

Updated on 12 May 2025 – I am currently engaged in a range of interests that are related to the land, and land-based practices.

Buddhism and meditation – I enjoy teaching Buddhism and meditation. I have a daily meditation, yoga and shamanic journeying practice, based on my Sadhana Practice: a core Buddhist Practice that was part of being initiated into the Triratna Buddhist Order.

Shamanism – this includes Buddhist Shamanic Practices, known as Cho. I also offer Shamanic Healing and teach – on a 1 to 1 or group basis – how to become independent in Shamanic Journeying – this is known as Shamanic Counselling. This is all done for the benefit of the community.

Food Growing Sessions – I have an allotment and lead a weekly session for volunteers. The site is Seymour Road Allotments, E10 7LU. I am also on a 9-month placement at Organiclea, learning about Fruiting Plants. I am also involved in Time to Grow and the Food Growers Network and Capital Growth. I am interested in Food Sovereignty and growing as much food as possible to share with others. If you are interested in volunteering on the allotment site, please contact me.

Deep Ecology – I co-facilitate Day Retreats and longer Camping Retreats on Buddhism and Deep Ecology with Sanghasiha, another Buddhist Order Member. In 2025, we are leading sessions in many different Buddhist Centres in the UK. This includes building awareness of the climate and ecological crisis and community building and resilience around this. I am trained in co-leading Climate Cafes and Climate Fresk workshops (coming soon).
