Chi Nei Tsang (CNT) is an ancient Taoist system for detoxifying and rejuvenating the whole body – and help bring a sense of relaxation and wellbeing.
The treatment happens mostly on the abdomen, around the navel – and the aim is to release any ‘stagnation’ and thus to enhance the vital internal organs. If you would like a session, then click here for information on treatments.
Guhyasakhi trained in CNT with Kris Deva North at the London Healing Tao Centre and Grand Master Mantak Chia, one of Kris’ teachers. Here is a video of Mantak Chia explaining CNT and how it works, including the concept of “chasing the sick winds” and why the abdominal area is so key to our health and wellbeing.
CNT can bring health and well-being across various aspects of being – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. CNT helps the internal organs, releasing internal tension, improving breathing and cultivating an overall experience of harmony and internal awareness. The sessions include making recommendations and teaching Taoist practices for well-being.
