In 1996, Dr Bernadette Carelse, started learning Shiatsu at the Zen School of Shiatsu.  She qualified in 1998 and then from 2000 to 2013, she was a teacher there.

Currently Holistic Education offers:

• Treatments in Shiatsu, Chi Nei Tsang and Holistic Massage
• Treatment exchanges with students who are studying at a recognised Shiatsu school.
• Individual or small group (3 to 5 students) sessions in practical shiatsu. These day workshops cover assignments in practical and theoretical aspects of Shiatsu.
• Workshops in Shiatsu for families, including parents, carers and their children.
